Course Description: CEU Events: Accelerate Project Success: Understanding New Customer Dynamics in Decision-Making
This CEU will identify the top changes in customer decision-making across workplace, hospitality, healthcare, and higher education sectors. We will explore ThinkLab’s Design Hackathon research findings and examine innovative opportunities to accelerate project success.
