  • Course description: AEC Daily: LEED® Implementation for Contractors Part 1: Pre-Construction Processes LEED 2009

    ONGOING - FREE - 1.25 HOURS

    This course is Part 1 of two courses aimed at helping contractors get organized, be proactive, and to work efficiently on LEED projects. Part 1 covers proposal preparation for LEED projects and general documentation principles, and also provides some recommendations and best practices for bidding and award during preconstruction.

    Recall examples for areas of impact while bidding on LEED projects.

    Identify the scope of work contributing to LEED calculations.

    Demonstrate an understanding of requirements denoted by the LEED Project Checklist.
