    Cable railings are a beautifully minimalist way to meet safety requirements without obstructing the view. Learn how to assemble a commercial-grade cable railing with sophisticated fittings engineered to simplify installation, comply with building codes, and reduce overall labor costs.

    Explain the code requirements that pertain to stainless steel cable railing assemblies to ensure safety, paying particular attention to the 4-inch sphere rule and the restrictions on horizontal infill.

    Identify important design options for both wood and metal railing frames that ensure they are structurally sound and will support the tension of properly installed cables.
