  • Course Description: Smarter Spaces: Lidar, Point Clouds, BIM and VDC for Architects

    Smarter Spaces is booking Educational Credit Training where we will come to your office. Dan MacIntosh, COO, will come to your Nova Scotia office for a 1–2-hour session where Each Attendee can earn Activity Hours towards their NSAA Continuing Education requirements. If located in New Brunswick still reach out to Dan and will see if we can line up a couple in one day for multiple firms. For NL we can do it through a video call.

    There is NO charge to your Firm for this session. Please note - we do not provide food or refreshments for these sessions. Attendees are welcome to bring their own snacks.

    • Discover how advanced technology can be effectively employed in renovation projects, and the specific problems it can resolve.

    • Develop a profound comprehension of how technology can be applied to new construction projects and the range of issues it can effectively address.

    • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and its significance within the architectural domain.

    • Learn about Virtual Design Construction (VDC), its unique characteristics, and how it differentiates from BIM.
