    Appraise Porter’s Five Forces Framework and apply it to assess competitive advantage strategies for design professionals, enabling the creation of long-lasting projects that prioritize occupant well-being, resilience, and overall project success.

    Quantify and evaluate the processes available to design professionals that enhance strategic planning, promote sustainability, ensure code compliance, and support the creation of spaces that prioritize comfort, safety, and long-term durability through informed material selection and competitive advantage strategies.
