Course description: CEU Events: The Technical Aspects of Designing with Hardwood Flooring
This course reviews designing with hardwood flooring and the technical requirements of the material and its application.
Identify characteristics of hardwood flooring, including color and texture and how it affects the welfare of the occupants
Learn the relationship between water and wood and how it plays into the health and safety of the built environment
Understand the differences between hardwood flooring constructions and review the safety considerations for occupants
Gain a general knowledge of what is considered “environmentally friendly” Hardwood Flooring
