EPIC Educational Program Innovations Center

EPIC Educational Program Innovations Center, founded 29 years ago, is a continuing education provider of engineering, technology and construction courses in Canada. EPIC is certified as an educational institution by Human Resourses and Skills Development Canada and is authorized by the Engineering Institute of Canada as a provider of CEUs. NOTE: Courses can be scheduled specifically for a group upon request and can be offered either online or in-person (covid permitting).   • Course Description: EPIC: Effective Construction Office and Field Administration

    ONLINE - TBD

    • select and use new methods of project delivery with the knowledge of their impact on the responsibilities of contract administrators

    • upgrade your bidding and contract award procedures, the activities at the start of the construction process

    • make more efficient your construction start-up procedures since they set the tone for the quality of subsequent work

    • prevent construction claims by maintaining your project history and personal project diaries

    • manage your construction project contract closeout with a better understanding of your role in it
