    Learning Objective

    1.)To educate on proper installation of standing seam assemblies and accessories including but not limited to clips, insulation, deck, snow guards, penetrations, fall protection, etc.

    2.)To educate on the different materials that can be manufactured into standing seam and the versatility of such materials including recycled content, sustainable materials, malleable materials and energy efficient finishes for such materials.

    3.)To educate on the modern roll forming techniques and innovations including on-site rollforming and fabrication and how on-site rollforming coupled with regionally acquired materials can contribute to LEED certification.

    4.)To educate on proper specification points that can help or hinder a standing seam roof including but not limited to materials, finishes, thermal efficiency, sound transmission, sound transmission, sustainability and installation.
