  • Course Description: AEC Daily: Outdoor Amenity Space Solutions for Hospitality, Commercial, and Multifamily Applications

    This course reviews the trends in outdoor amenity spaces in hospitality, commercial, and multifamily developments with a focus on the use of stainless steel cabinetry in outdoor kitchen design. Included are discussions on outdoor kitchen components, mobile food and beverage service carts, and the post and panel system developed for multifamily applications.

    Discuss the trends in outdoor amenity spaces of commercial, hospitality, and multifamily developments and the many physiological, social, and physical benefits these spaces provide to the occupants.

    State the finishes, cabinet types, and door styles of stationary stainless steel kitchen cabinetry that provide a luxurious aesthetic and a more versatile, durable, and long-lasting solution than other materials.

    Explain the applications of outdoor kitchens and mobile food and beverage service carts and the benefits they offer, including creating additional functional space and increasing resident/guest quality of life and employee productivity.
